RE: Qualtrics Research Services' about panel feasibility

I have created a survey targeting 65 and older sample in Washington DC. to inquire about digital technologies. Does Qualtrics have a panel sample that I can use to launch the survey? I only need about 70 completed interviews. Who should I contact to access this sample. What are the steps?
