Hi, I am looking to understand if there are ways to limit access to Qualtrics customer instance and/or some of the components e.g. the dashboard, based on the IP filtering of another device identifier.



While I appreciate the concept of SaaS product, there are questions from customer around lock down the access to the platform and/or component beyond User Access Control.



Use Case: There are 2 use cases. At different levels.

1. Limit the number of locations that can access/login to a specific tenant, to a specific IP address scope;

2. Limit the access to certain dashboards, by using a specific IP address scope;
I found the answer to my question.

Access control using IP filtering can be done at the user level (user profile permissions). It is a combination of user credentials and the whitelisting of an individual IP address or IP range.
