Hi, I am struggling BIG TIME with figuring out hot to format this question on mobile. I work for a restaurant and we want customers to review our dishes on the following attributes. Requirement: it has to be a 10pt scale, and that makes it feel very, very crowded and lead to a bad UI. The below is what it looks like on desktop (even looks bad there)
It doesn't have to be a matrix, but we really want to stick with the multiple choice option rather than a text box or drop down. Any insights would be super helpful. Thank you!

+22If we check "mobile friendly" option for matrix question then the matrix question auto adjust itself in mobile screen. So make sure you have checked "mobile friendly" option.
