Recommendation for 10pt scale question formatting on mobile - help!

Hi, I am struggling BIG TIME with figuring out hot to format this question on mobile. I work for a restaurant and we want customers to review our dishes on the following attributes. Requirement: it has to be a 10pt scale, and that makes it feel very, very crowded and lead to a bad UI. The below is what it looks like on desktop (even looks bad there)
It doesn't have to be a matrix, but we really want to stick with the multiple choice option rather than a text box or drop down. Any insights would be super helpful. Thank you!

If we check "mobile friendly" option for matrix question then the matrix question auto adjust itself in mobile screen. So make sure you have checked "mobile friendly" option.
