I recently launched a survey and invited 1400 people via e-mail with unique survey links. 315 responded so far. When I sent out a reminder e-mail, it only shows as being sent to 373 people, when there were actually still 1085 'Unfinished Respondents'. Can you please help me identify what I did wrong? Thanks!

Check the Advanced settings in your invitation and the Partial Completion settings under Survey Options. It's possible you might either have the links set to expire too soon, or the incomplete responses are set to record before your reminder was sent.
