We would like to delete ONLY open comments from a survey after certain amount of time. Is there a way to automate it? This request is based on GDPR. We do not record respondent data, but in open comments we ask them to provide their information if they want to be contacted. We have certain rules for retention time on personal data and would really want to avoid manual processes.
Basically, we want to delete open comments for responses after, let's say 3 or 5 years after recorded date.

Hi @MsIreen! Current functionality does not allow for this to happen automatically, it can only be done manually as described here. If you have not yet already done so, we'd recommend first searching to see if this idea has been posted in the Product Ideas category, and if it has not been posted, we recommend creating a new idea!
