Retaking the survey on a non-mobile device with email invitations

Hi, I am using the embedded data feature to redirect the respondents with a mobile device to the end of the survey. However, I ask them to take the survey again using a PC or laptop, since I don't want to lose their responses. I have to use individual links with email invitations. Once they opened the survey with a mobile device and got redirected to the end of the survey, they can't use that link again on a PC or laptop. They get the message that they have already responded! How can I make them able to take the survey again using the same link within the same invitation email? Thanks, Ben

Hi, Just an idea, I haven't tested this in the system. But instead of an "end of survey", you could maybe create an endless loop for Mobile device. So you start on block "Mobile Check". Then a branch "If device = mobile" and underneath it again the same block "Mobile Check". Vs branch "if device = PC" you go on with the rest of the survey. That should cause you to go in an endless loop as long as you are on a mobile, and lets you continue when you're on a PC.
