Is there a way to have rows in a matrix table appear based on responses to previous questions? In my survey I ask people how many people they have. Like this:
!
Then I want to ask about the ages of the children in a table like this:
!
But I want the number of rows in the table to correspond to the number of children the respondent said they had. So for example, if they said they had two children there would only be rows for child 1 and child 2. Is there a way to do this? I would be interested in a similar solution for check all that apply questions, where the options displayed can be displayed based on responses to other questions.
Thanks.

Yes, you can do this with display logic! Click on the down error next to Child 1 and put 'display only if and then select Q10 and choose 1 then add a new line that includes OR 2 and repeat up to 5. Repeat for the others, starting at 2 then 3 then 4 then 5. This will also work on check all apply.
