Hi! I'm currently doing a survey where one of my questions is a bit tricky. The question is as following, Check one or multiple answers to question x 1. Answer A 2. Answer B 3. Answer C 4. Answer D 5. None of the above My intention is that is answer 5 is selected selection 1-4 should not be allowed in combination with that answer. So can i force the selection of 5 to unselect 1-4 or can i display an error message is the combination of 5 and 1-4 is made?

you can make answer 5 as "exclusive" https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/formatting-answer-choices/#MakeAnswerExclusive !

No need to show error message as the exclusive option on click will autodeselect the other options. For some cases if you want to show error message than you can apply custom validation.
