Scheduling Raw Data Report
Hoping someone has a suggestion: once upon a time, we used to be able to create a raw data report in the Data/Analysis Tab and then schedule it to be emailed on the reports tab. It appears that has been removed, as I can only seem to schedule reports on that section, not the raw data. I also tried changing to csv but same issue. Any ideas on what I am missing?
Commenting just to follow. I've never seen this feature but would find it REALLY helpful- really hoping someone has a solution for us!
+6Do you have XM Dashboards? If so, you can schedule CSV emails be sent.
+6I've tested, and you can (sort of) do this from the Results tab, but it is annoying and can only do 100 records at a time.
Basically , you CAN schedule a CSV be sent, but it will only include what is in your Results report. So you _could_ make a paginated table and map your questions over, but I am not sure how big your survey is and if paginated tables have a maximum allowed number of fields.
