I use an anonymous link to survey customers after their issue gets resolved. The link is shared through emails. The same link is shared with 1000s of customers throughout the year. We want set an expiration date to the link that is being shared.
For e.g. The link should not display the survey if it is clicked after a week.
The settings do not allow me to set this condition. There is a setting to set expiration date for the survey, which does not work for me as the same link will be accessed by other customers throughout the year.
Please suggest what needs to be done to get these settings right.

How are you distributing the emails?
Through an internal console built in within our organisation.
So the emails are automated then? Hmm. That's tricky. I was going to try to figure out a way for you to use individual links with embedded data and a date or something with some survey logic but I don't think that will work if it's automated through an external (to Qualtrics) console.
Maybe someone else can help but I'm afraid I'm stumped.

You are pretty limited on what you can do with Anonymous Survey Links.
I don't know anything out of the box that would work. Closest and easiest thing you could do it in the Survey Options set your Partial Completion to 1 Week after either the start or last activity. Even then if they get sent the email on July 1st, but don't start it until the July 20th they would be allowed to complete it until the 27th.
You _might_ be able use it with embedded data.
Are you able to pass a date along with the survey with embedded data via query strings? For example, http://sureylink/?Expire+Date=7/27/2019. In theory, you would be able to compare it against the Current Date. I was unable to make it work in the couple minutes I spent trying it out.
