Is there a way to save the results of a survey which carry forward when other users take the survey?

My goal is to do the following: Say I've got three users who each need to pick one color from Red, Green, and Blue. Each user must pick a different color, and its first come first serve. Is there a way to do this so that if User 1 picks Red, it will no longer appear as an option for User 2? Or is there some other way to indicate that Red was already chosen?
