You could, but you'd have to tinyurl them individually. You can export individual survey links via the distribution menu.

I am looking for the option to reduce the personal link to use this in my SMS distribution, I was redirected to this when I was searching for this. Could you please let me know the process to reduce the URL for the personal link.

I have this question, too. Personalized links for my survey when sent via email are 122 characters, and the limit for an SMS message is 160 characters. Given that there is additional required text such as "Reply STOP to opt out" (21 characters), that leaves exactly 17 characters for message content! How can you say anything in only 17 characters?
