Static text in multiple choice question with entry box for one answer option

I have a survey in which I'm asking individuals "Would you like to participate in program A?". There are two answer options "Yes, I'd like to participate in _________ sessions" or "No". How can I add the text after the text entry box (add "sessions") in my case?

I would suggest to add inpage display Open end question.
First ask question with options Yes or No. And add inpage display question when Yes is selected (asking about sessions)
