When inviting someone to collaborate on a survey, they get an email informing them they've been shared on a survey with a "Log In" link.

Historically, this login link has always pointed to our brand SSO login - my-organization-id.qualtrics.com.



Sometime between June 2019 and Dec 19th 2019 (I don't know exactly when, but I have an email from June that's correct and an email from Dec 19 that's wrong), this Log In link changed to point only to "ca1.qualtrics.com". This not only confuses our users but, more importantly, is the wrong login link!



This is happening to all users in our company when they collaborate with other users in the company.



When editing a survey & inviting a user to collaborate, the company directory is still attached and email addresses autopopulate.



Does anyone have any idea what's changed, and more importantly, how I change it back?

Ah dear. Well, that answers the question. Thank you for the info and links! I have upvoted all three ideas.
They definitely check the ideas, but I suspect they only have the resources to support a few of the most in-demand ones.



I think it's worth submitting to support, as it does seem more like an error than a product feature. They may ultimately point you back to the product ideas page, but it's worth a try. I'd love to hear if you have any luck!
