Survey distribution: names of contacts

Hello! I would like to distribute my survey to the contacts' list that I created in Qualtrics. It is very important that the name of my contacts (recipients) appear in the email that they will receive. However, I am running tests and the only thing I see as a recipient is the recipient's email. How can I customize these emails to have recipient's name (and maybe even their company) appear in the email? Many thanks!
