I am having an issue getting my survey to submit answers. Last week when I previewed my survey I could submit my answers at the end and it would give me the message that my 'answers have been recorded' and I would be able to see the data I submitted in the data and analysis tab. Now when I hit submit, it just takes me to the top of the survey and nothing happens. I cannot find any errors that it is requesting and everything is filled out properly. Any suggestions anyone has would be appreciated.

Have you taken a look at the survey flow? Maybe you've added some elements by mistake. Another place to look at would be the end of survey options, maybe you have people redirected to the survey URL.
I just looked at the survey flow. There was something weird there that I didn't add. I deleted that, but it still does not seem to work. I also double checked the end of survey options and made sure it is not redirecting to the survey URL
This is just weird. How come it worked a week ago and is not working now. I suggest raising an issue with Qualtrics Support.
In the meantime, how about creating a copy of your survey, and testing that. If that survey also doesn't submit, then there's something wrong with your elements. Else, it could be an issue with a particular survey link in Qualtrics' database.
