Test responses recorded but not in Data and Analysis | XM Community

Hello,

I am using the Generate Test Responses tool to generate fake data so that I can review what the reports and downloaded data will look like. When I view the individual data for each response, I can see that data are being recorded correctly for each question. However, when I use the Data Analysis feature, only the Start Date, End Date, Finished, and Recorded Date are shown. I have also filled out the survey myself with the same result.

How do I view the summary of all the test data?

Thanks.
https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/data/recorded-responses/You can add question or embedded data to data and analysis layout. Please see this resource.
Thanks. This information is very helpful. However, when I go to the Data & Analysis Tab, click Tools, and then go to Choose Columns, I only see Survey Metadata and Contact Fields. None of the questions in the survey are displayed as options to add.

I have multiple blocks with a total of 430 questions. Most of the blocks will not be displayed due to branching based on the answers to the first set of questions. Is there a maximum number of questions that can be in one survey? If so, could that be the reason that the columns are not available in the Choose Columns menu?

Thanks.

Yes, if there are too many columns then data and analysis doesn't shows survey questions or embedded data. You can try downloading the legacy data
Thanks Shashi. Using the legacy exporter I am now able to download the data.
