Hi Qualtrics community,



I'm setting up a survey where we ask respondents to list all of the providers they have worked with. Their entered text answers (provider names) are carried forward to various other questions. At the moment (because I'm a beginner), I've decided to limit respondents to only be able to enter a maximum of 5 providers, whose names will be carried forward.



However, I would like to be able to have respondents list as many providers as they have worked with. Is it possible to have additional text entry boxes appear after respondents have entered text in the previous one?



I.e. the respondent types in provider 1 name, then a second text entry box appears. They type in provider 2 name, then a third text entry box appears. They type in provider 3 name, then a fourth text entry box appears.... etc, as infinite. Is this possible?



Or, will I need to have respondents first specify the number of providers they have worked with, then somehow use that number to create the same number of text entry boxes? If that is the only way, how would I do that?
