Tickets - 2 way emailing - Creation confirmation email with Reply-To ticket

I am working on creating a Ticketing process based on responses to a survey. When a survey response is recorded, a ticket is created. I have set up the email to go to the follow-up team. However, I would like to also send an email to the survey respondent confirming submission of the survey, but the Reply-To address be the email address that will add a message to the Activity log of the Ticket. This way, if they have any follow up comments, everything is kept within the ticket record. How can I set up this email on Ticket Creation to go to the survey respondent and Reply to the ticket?

Hi, @Phil! Depending in your use case, you may be able to use an email trigger to accomplish this. I would recommend that you reach out to our Support Team so they can walk through your survey setup with you! 😃
