We are running a global program and translations are really important. Our opt our messages in our survey emails are defaulting to English, and our normal process for translating is not working. Has anyone run into this issue? Is there a solution or a workaround? Thanks!

We use opt-out messages in over 10 languages. We translate them easily and they show up in the same language as the survey invite email. What exactly is the issue you are having with them? Can you elaborate?
