Hi all!



We are using Qualtrics to handle some of our event registrations, and I have seen some users share that they have also used Qualtrics in this capacity. I would love to get some Best Practices for those who have used Qualtrics specifically for event registration, and how you managed:



- Pre-event registration

- Check-in at event

- Post event follow-up

I suggest you attach a calendar event to the registration confirmation email. See Email trigger to include an Outlook calendar invite
