We are using SSO for our program without just in time user creation so a user can only access the platform if they have a valid account for SSO and if an account has been created in Qualtrics.



I can test myself what happens if someone attempts to log in with invalid SSO credentials. But does anyone know what happens if a user with valid SSO credentials, but no Qualtrics account sees if they try to login? Do they just get redirected to the Qualtrics login page with an invalid username/password message, or would the invalid details show up on the SSO page?

The error says "We were unable to process your username or the username doesn't exist in our system. A report is generated with error tag...." I have the admit that the last line in the error message is not useful in any way.
