the question 'have you been pregnant before?' opens in spss as two times the same question,
but for one question everyone answers yes, and for the other all the 'no' answers.
How do i fix this? computing it won't do anything, i was hoping it could be turned back into one question, like in the survey.

What type of question is it in the survey? Sounds like it might be a multi-select multiple choice (hence a field for each choice) instead of a single select multiple choice.
If that is the case, the solution is to change it to a single select going forward. However, if you do it at this point you would loose existing data. For your existing data, you could create a new field and populate it based on the existing answers. You can do this in SPSS. You could also create a new field in Qualtrics under Data & Analysis and use filtering to populate it accordingly.
