I already uploaded 500 contacts that had the same structure in the CSV and it worked perfectly fine. I am using Mozilla Firexfox as browser, a MacBook and Excel for mac for creating the CSV. Any help is appreciated!

Hi @yves! It looks like you were able to reach out to our Support Team and determine that it was an Excel formatting issue! 😀

It means you didn't name the column exactly "Last Name". You maybe called it "surname" or failed to titled it or something. Just update the spreadsheet file and re-load the list! :) They used to allow you to select the right field from a drop down. I want that feature back. It's really annoying to have to re-open the spreadsheet every time. Edit: Sorry that's not right. Do you have an empty cell in row 2?
