Where can I find the time zone setting of our platform users as a Brand Admin?

The account's time zone is set at the US Eastern Time zone, but I realized if individual users don't specify their own time zone, it's defaulted to the Mountain Time zone. Is there a way to see which time zone setting the individual users have - I can see their user setting but time zone isn't one of them. If not, I need to ask the users to update their time zone individually, which is OK but I'm wondering if there's another option. Thank you.
