When I click on Data & Analysis, it reads "You are not allowed to view this dataset. Please contact the owner for access." However, the dataset was available to me on an earlier date and I have exported that dataset to SPSS. Meanwhile I have collected additional responses, but the dataset has become unavailable although I am probably the owner (it is not a shared survey or anything). What can be the reasons and how do I fix this?

If this is a survey that you created and own, then it sounds like something is wrong within Qualtrics. I would suggest reaching out to Support so they can investigate.
