Why does the "Expert Review" ignore the theme being used?
Expert Review claims that my using multiple choice questions in a horizontal format isn't mobile friendly and is a "severe" issue. However, we're using a theme that makes them display vertically on mobile devices, thus solving that issue.
Using vertical format isn't ideal on desktops or laptops, which is why we've chosen horizontal format.
It appears that the Expert Review is looking solely at the layout choice for multiple choice questions, and ignoring the theme being used.
If you're going to assess surveys, you need to include all relevant factors in that assessment.

I'm not sure it matters, as per support, static themes are going away. They are not going to be supported under the "New Look & Feel". I now need to figure out how to convert the theme we use to something supported by the "New Look & Feel". Sigh.
