Why is the sum of Page.Submit larger than Q_TotalDuration?

Hi, In a survey, I forgot to include a timer for one question. As I have timers for all other questions, I thought that the difference between Q_TotalDuration and the sum of all Page.Submit variables should yield the response time for the one question I forgot to time. The results are credible values for most responses. However, in 9 out of 60 cases I get negative values. Can anyone help me explain this? Cheers, Niklas

Hey @NiklasH! It looks like you reached out to support regarding this interesting inquiry! After escalating this to our team, they discovered the amount of drift that occurs between reported time and actual time can vary greatly depending on the user's browser, computer resources, whether or not the tab is focused, how long the question is displayed, etc. Our engineering team has since made a fix to eliminate this time drift!
