Why won't my personalized messages show up once I try the survey
I've been trying to set up some personalized messages in order to have an specific answer to each NPS result, I've created them in my library, used the survey flow with the ramifications and it still won't work, any advice?
+27Have you checked the languages in both the message and the survey. If those have a different language on the configuration will not work.
