Hi everyone,
I need to send an intercept box in an email to some customers, hyperlinking it to a survey in Qualtrics. I am able to create an intercept, but the snippet I am given cannot be used as a hyperlink. That said, I have a couple of questions:
1- can this be done?
2- can Qualtrics save the respondents' data (such as name and email)?
I wanted to avoid using anonymous links because I wanted to capture the respondent's data without needing to ask them
Thanks,
Denise
Are you sending emails from Qualtrics directly? If so, you don't need intercepts but just a personal survey link included in the email. It will capture your respondent data when they click into it.

Hi InessaG
No, the team wants to send the email from another platform, this is why I wanted to add the intercept.
Another option then is to add embedded data values to the URL: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/standard-elements/embedded-data/#SettingValuesFromTheSurveyURL
Can the platform they're using add these values to the URL within the email?
If not, I'm out of my depth here and perhaps someone else can help. I use intercepts but the page code sets the variables that I'm able to read from the page. I would have no idea how to do that through email.
