We were able to collect video responses when testing the survey from an email invitation, but once we tied the survey to an intercept pointing to our website’s QA environment the following error appears when clicking on the video/audio button: device error: NotAllowedError: Permission denied

Has anyone had a similar experience? We’ve ensured that pop-ups are not blocked, and the audio & video permissions on the browser are not denying a connection.
