Can we create a separate account using a shared email account and password while we are using SSO to individually permission accounts to everyone within the organization?
Units within our organization are struggling to retain information and collaborate because surveys are owned by individuals. Individuals are not always available and leave overtime causing loss of data. Transferring ownership does not transfer directories or library assets from the previous owner.

Have you considered using User Groups to ensure that Directories and Library assets are not owned exclusively by an individual user? See here for more details.

Our team was not able to get the shared account they were looking for. I've created them a Division and permissioned a few of them as Division Admins to create the level of permissions they are looking for.
They need to share assets, transfer surveys, and proxy log into accounts of their part-time employees.
