Hi guys, I need help, please.
There is an intercept being used in my company, and it is connected to our customer portal. The Customer Service team decided they wanted to add another embedded field to the intercept, so they can track more details from the customer.
The thing is: the team that activated the code in the customer portal told us the data is already being pulled, however it is not showing in the survey results.
Is there any place/field that I need to update in the SURVEY project? How can I do this?

You need to map embedded data in your intercepts with the website html or some parameter analytics that you can get in the page source. If the data is send to the website it will be available in the source, you can track the variable and then map it to intercept ED. Make sure you put the same nomenclature in the survey flow as well.
