Hi Everyone

For some reason I can’t save any changes to a creative, or deactivate a live intercept.

This is new….

Any ideas?

@parkie_0007 I’d raise this one to Support team if you haven’t already.  I’ve checked and no issue on my end with this.  Unless permissions are changed; I can’t think of any reason for this.  I would also try copy the intercept and see if you can edit the copy before raising to Support - just might help narrow down the issue.  


I agree user permissions might be the issue. Also, are you using a VPN? I sometimes have issue in Qualtrics accessing pages or widgets when on a VPN.
