@Swyatt my understanding of this is to change the size you must upload custom creative for the button.  The default button from Qualtrics should be auto-responsive to site/device and length of text.  Shortening or lengthening any text within button is the only option I know of which changes size.

Hopefully someone else might be able to jump in with custom code, but I haven’t come across this.  For our surveys, it was more of feedback being the button was too small on web - resulting in uploading our own creative for this.

Changing how long the feedback button/tab is present for might be another solution if it is getting in the way.
