Hello Community,
I am aware that we can use the embedded data to capture the HTML on site, Value from JS, Referrer..etc when intercept logic is triggered and survey is being taken by user. But I wanted to understand, if there is a way to send/capture the website statistics/metrics from commerce website to Qualtrics before a survey is triggered based on intercept logic.
Can we get the information from website on average cart value, whether or not they are a repeat visitor, page clicks and pass these information to Qualtrics and based on this information trigger the survey?
Example,
Survey should appear only when the cart is not empty. Question is how to send the cart regarding details to qualtrics. Do we have any option in qualtrics to get this value from commerce website and based upon that value we need to either show the survey or not. I am aware of the embedded data but that is sent with the survey details but what I am looking for is to send some value before to qualtrics so that based upon that value we can display survey.
How can this data flow can be achieved between Commerce and Qualtrics? Does it require any Web analytics integration? If so, how does it send data to Qualtrics?
Thanks
Sandhya

If it exists on the page yes. You can have someone on your IT team put in a custom js variable which then Qualtrics intercept could digest or react upon. It's what we did on our site to set the language of our on page intercepts as it didn't align with what we were already using.
