I’m trying to set up Visitor Details on session replay, but it’s nowhere as intuitive as those on a simple intercept - for example I can’t get any information automatically apart from a timestamp and the IP Address.
Does anyone know of a reason why this is?
Also, does anyone know of a sneaky way to get this info from the Qualtrics cookie and use the Cookie value option because I am struggling!
