When it comes to setting up site intercepts, I'm looking for a few tips and tricks.

• How to change the text on the feedback tab itself. From what I can see, you can't do this in Qualtrics, what would be the best platform to create a tab in and upload?


• The back and next buttons in the survey - I would like these to have a blue outline, white filling and be all blue when hovering over. Is anyone able to help me with this?


• I have set up a workflow to email me each time a survey is completed on a particular website, however, when the email comes through, it states I am no longer able to view the response. Does anyone know why I am blocked by this?
