I am trying to program a web intercept survey for customers. I’ve using an old survey intercept that was created at our company by a former employee. They have a clause in their action set that says Current URL does not contain form token. Does anyone know what this might mean?
On our website, we have both a pop up and feedback button survey available. I’m trying to figure out how to stop the pop up if someone has taken the feedback button survey and how to keep the feedback button active even if the pop up survey is taken. I wonder if this form token clause might be the reason???
