Website Intercept not displaying in insertion point | XM Community

Hi All,

I am trying to embed a survey within a Salesforce Article template. I tried using a simple div id and using that as the insertion point, but the survey does not display.

I added <div id="qualtricsintercept" ></div> to my template, which you can see in the screenshot!

and added it to the intercept:

Am I missing something?

Just an update from my end...I was able to get it to show up on the 2nd article that i select. For some reason, the survey never shows up on the first article that I select, but any articles after that I see the survey. Is there a potential timing issue? Does anyone know how I might be able to address this?
