Emailing Survey to Contacts from an excel.

Hello Community,
I am very new to Qualtrics and currently I am exploring a use case. Need your help in understanding if this is a feasible ask or if there is any other way of doing it?
Use Case: I have an excel file which has a list of contact details(Name, Email) along with the project ID that the contact is tagged to. This is a monthly report and can be placed in an SFTP folder as needed. I want to build a workflow that triggers every month end and reads the contact details from the excel and sends out the survey to the contact email addresses that is fetched from the excel. It would be great if we can add the project ID to the subject/body since I would like to track the response on the basis of the project ID.
Any help/leads would be truly appreciated.
