HI all
I'm Val from the UK. I work for Lloyds Banking Group and I'm brand admin for our employee surveys. I've been working with Qualtrics for 3 years now - we have quite a complex set up here so its been in at the deep end and lots of support from the Qualtrics team. This means I know some really detailed and nuanced ways to use the platform, but I've missed some of the basics 🤪 (eg I've only just found this community!) but I'm getting up to speed quickly. I've even answered a couple of questions this morning!

I earned CCXP a year ago but am always curious about new ideas, courses, reports, and knowledge about CX&EX in general. Hi Everyone,

Hello!
My name is Charlie Lindahl. I'm dedicated IT support for Campus Operations at the Texas A&M Health Science Center. My job is to adminstrate the server infrastructure underlying the Parking and Facilities Managment systems.
This entails system adminstration (users etc), report writing, database work, and a lot of ETL (data exchanges) as well as interfacing with our end users.
We had previously used a forms design program for user interaction but that is going away soon and we (TAMU) have a campus-wide license for Qualtrics so I'm using that.
