How can we anonimize all our (new) surveys by default? We never want to measure IP addresses and don't want to set this for every new survey. It's a risk because it violates our privacy statement if we do measure it.

Not a tried solution but you can try creating a stand alone workflow based on Survey definition Activated Event and run this API to enble that option.
