I have an Outpatient Medical Survey that goes out to patients who have visited a wide variety of our facilities, including those who have visited our Physical Therapy department. Unfortunately, these patients visit our facilities up to multiple times in a week and are currently receiving a survey for each visit.
I’ve looked in to setting up a Contact Frequency rule, but it looks like that would apply to the entire survey rather than just our physical therapy patients.
What I’m wondering is if there is a way I can set up a Contact Frequency rule within this survey, maybe based on Embedded Data, that will prevent these specific visits from receiving a survey each visit.
