Hi, I’m trying to create a distribution list that some of the information in it is not in English. 

For example I have the first name in English, but also separately the first name in local language, this goes to some more data that I need to use in the invite email. 

When uploading it, all the places that are not in English are looked like ????? and not using the characters of the local language (Ukrainian in specific). 

Any one knows how I resolve this issue?
