I want to distribute an email with an approval form link to users who have been accepted for an award and attach a customized acceptance letter as an attachment or a link to that email, so that it shows the award amount which users request through the form, and their names into the letter. How do I do this with a contact directory or a csv file with user contacts, or any other way?
What if all the customized fields were just piped text coming from variables in your CSV file? You could send a personalized email invite and the ‘’survey’’ is actually the acceptance letter and you could even add a signature question at the end if needed. Not sure if that would be exactly what you’re looking for but hope it helps.
Thanks for your prompt response. The letter has to be an official letter.
Making the survey a letter does not quite get me to where I wanna go with this, but I appreciate your suggestion.
You could upload all the acceptance letters to your library then get the id’s of the letters and add them to your contact list as an embedded data field. Then your can pipe the id field into an html link in your email invite.
