We administered a classroom survey to students last year, and I included TeacherName embedded data so I could restrict access to the responses to only the teacher's own responses. I have updated XMD with new teachers, retirements and married names. However, the users in my dashboard do not automatically receive any of these updates. Has anyone run into this issue before? Have you just exported from XMD and imported into your dashboard, deleting all previous users to eliminate duplicates? I'm wondering what the best approach is in this situation.
