Onboardees information can´t be blocked in SFSF - QX integration? | XM Community

Hi everyone,

We are facing a small issue in our EC SFSF-QX integration due to the fact that we discovered that the integration is bringing Onboardees information from SFSF to XM Directory, making “duplicate” users in the system which in reality they are not duplicate because Onboardees are coming with a “personal email”.

Have anyone faced this situation? We don´t know why the system is bringing that information and not only EC information of real users in the system.

If you're seeing duplicate records in the Directory, set up directory rules for merging duplicate contacts. You can enable automatic deduplication in the Directory settings. When contacts are uploaded to the Directory, the platform identifies matching deduplication fields and updates existing contact instead of creating new contact.
