We are a B2B organization.
Currently we have a process where the Account Manager can trigger invite to the customers themselves and use a survey, lets name is SERVICE MANAGER SURVEY to do it.
At any time, the invites are easily tracked and reported against responses (which get captured in another survey say HEALTH CHECK SURVEY).
We have a dashboard that fetches data from these 2 surveys for Invite vs Response analysis.
We are now doing a pilot run of central triggering of invitations for some of the customers (Distribution via SEGMENTS).
I am currently exploring a way to automatically populate the successful invites trigger from distribution to populate the SERVICE MANAGER SURVEY.
