Hello,

I am looking to send out a survey invite by adding users to a contact list and triggering an email message. When I go to set this up, I cannot update the reply-to email address to be anything other than a qualtrics email.

 

However, when I go into the survey and create an email distribution, I am able to update this email address and type in a reply-to email address of my choice.

 

Is there a workaround so that I am able to receive replies to the survey invites sent via contact list trigger, or is this a limitation of that function?
